Reconstitute with 0.5 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Two years lyophilized, one month in solution at 4 C.

By direct ELISA (against recombinant gp24), 1:10,000 dilution will yield 0.4 O.D using alkaline phosphatase conjugated rabbit anti-mouse Ig (Jackson Laboratories).
