These clones have been derived from hybridization of X63-Ag8-653 myeloma cells with spleen cells of Balb/c mice immunised with purified human insulin.

| Reactivity: |
Clone C7C9 reacts with c-terminal pentapeptide of insulin b-chain. Clones 7F8, D4B8, 3A6 and 8E2 react with different antigenic determinants.

Kass for clone D4B8 is 1.5 x 108M-1
Kass for clone 3A6 is 8.0 x 108M-1
Kass for clone 8E2 is 6.0 x 108M-1
Kass for clone C7C9 is 1.0 x 109M-1
Kass for clone 7F5 is 1.0 x 109M-1
These antibodies cross-react with human proinsulin, bovine insulin (30%) and porcine insulin. No cross-reaction with free C-peptide.

| Reconstitution: |
Reconstitute with sterile H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.

Each vial contains antibodies in PBS, pH 7,4, containing 0,1% of sodium azide as preservative.
